ORCHID EDITION - BÔA rattan sofa sand brema

Designed by Maxence Boisseau and Nelson Alves of the AT-ONCE studio for Orchid Edition and Kok Maison, the BÔA SIMPLE rattan sofa uses one of the mechanical properties of rattan canes, their propensity to be easily bent (with steam). Note their generous diameter, their beautiful length, and their perfect fit. No templates or bending moulds, everything is done freehand, a technical feat of which only a few Indonesian rattan masters are capable. The cushioning is just as good, high resilience and high density foams, injected into moulds, to respect the sophisticated ergonomics of the sofa. All the nobility of rattan is here at the service of a soft and timeless line, a sofa that has nothing to envy the most plush models on the market.

Structure: matt lackered natural rattan. Seat cushion in high resilience injected foam 50kg/m3 with removable cover on Rubber straps. Backrest cushion in high resilience injected foam 30kg/m3 also removable. Covers: fabrics in our selection. C.O.M.(customer's own material) possible (contact us for instructions).

Outside measurements: height 82 cm x width 190 cm x depth 76 cm, seat height 44 cm with cushion. Weight 38 kg. Each foot is fitted with a double-sided pad (one hard side, one felt side) easily swappable and replaceable. Delivered fully assembled. Made in Indonesia.

BÔA rattan sofa: maintenance

Remove dust with damp cloth or vacuum cleaner regularly. This item is meant for indoor use only. It is normal to see the canewok slightly deforming in a dry atmosphere. Moisten it, preferably from beneath, and it will resume its normal tension.
