DELIVERIES

CLASSIC DELIVERIES (in France)

For small items (like mirrors, cushions...), we usually work with the French Post or similar companies. 

For bigger products (almost all our products), Geodis-Calberson will deliver your orders in France. They directly contact you to organise the day of delivery (by phone and/or email). Do not forget to answer them, or call them back : without any information from you, there is no delivery. If you have no news from them within 3 days after our shipping email, please check your emails "spam" file and contact us directly if there is nothing from them.

They deliver from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. For most agencies, the appointment is made during the entire day. Some agencies are able to organise time slots but we advise you not to count on this.

It is possible to pick up your order directly at the agency. If you wish to use this option, please let us know as soon as possible.

For all classic deliveries in mainland France, the shipping cost is free. However, these companies are not removal companies. They cannot be asked to deliver upstairs or in places where trucks cannot go.

UPSTAIRS DELIVERY (in France)

There are added fees if you ask for an upstairs delivery. It is usually made by 2 persons or more, depending on the weight of the product. We understand that it quite a substantial amount but we strongly advise you to choose this option for your teak furniture that are very heavy and bulky.

The carriers place the order in the desired room, unpack and collect the packaging. Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. in 4-hour slots, reduced to 2 hours two days before delivery. Some cities have longer days (6 a.m. to 9 p.m.).

You will receive an SMS and/or email with a slot proposal, you can connect via the link provided, or call, if you wish to modify it. Make sure that the product ordered goes through your staircase or elevator. 

This delivery does not cover any installation of a furniture lift through the facade.

ABROAD DELIVERIES

The transport fees are automatically calculated on the website once you register your delivery address and fill the card. If your country is not register, please send an email to boutique@kokmaison.com so that we can gice you a quotation on your order.

The small and medium items will be delivered through your postal service or similar (like DPD).

For bigger products, we will give your order to Geodis Calberson. They work with independent companies in each countries that have similar services as them.
