The Diabolo rattan coffee table top is inspired by the characteristic lines of the rattan of the 60s. KOK made thousands of them at the time, and only needed to take the original models out of the ""museum"" to start manufacturing them again. It retains the original aesthetic codes: the distinctive bending of the vintage rattan, and the split rattan binding, but has been modified in terms of its dimensions to make it a versatile product: use it as a bedside table in a bedroom, at the end of sofa in the living room, or as a small coffee table light, easy to move about, it evokes a ""holiday"" feel throughout the house!

Diabolo PM Rattan Coffee Table: The Different Table Tops

The Diabolo rattan coffee table can be fitted with different types of table tops. While they all measure 50 cm in diameter, one is made of plywood studded with nails and edged with natural rattan—to stay true to the spirit of the original Diabolo rattan coffee table—while the others are made of MDF particleboard panels lacquered in our selection of six colors: white, black, azure blue, aqua green, coral red, and cloud gray. The lacquer is applied in our workshops in France; please allow about fifteen days for this process.

The Diabolo rattan coffee table is also available in a large size, with a tabletop measuring 60 cm in diameter.

 

Diabolo PM Rattan Coffee Table: Features and Care

Here is the small version: Height 53 cm x diameter 50 cm, weight 3.5 kg. Natural rattan frame, MDF tabletop lacquered and finished with water-based varnish in France, or plywood edged and studded with rattan for the natural version; legs fitted with “silent dome” nylon glides. Rattan frame and tabletop manufactured in Indonesia. MDF tabletops and lacquered finishes made in France. The coffee table is delivered fully assembled.

Dust your Diabolo rattan coffee table with a damp cloth or the brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner. Avoid using cleaning products. A rattan table is not considered garden furniture, but it will be perfectly at home on a veranda or in a sunroom.
