The Sao Polo outdoor carver

The Sao Polo outdoor resin carver combines the reassuring strength of a natural teak and aluminium structure with the refinement of an openwork weaving in HDPE (high density polyethylene), extruded in a double tone resin, perfectly blending to reproduce the grain of natural fiber. A state of the art piece of craftmanship entirely handmade by KOK MAISON. Weather and heavy duty resistant, the Sao Polo carver can be placed outdoor year long with minimal maintenance, and will suit to indoor professionnal use as well: restaurant, spas, lodges hotel furnishing, etc...

Differences between Sao Polo and Saïgon seats

Sao Polo is the woven resin outdoor version of the Saigon range in natural rattan. The Sao Polo resin was especially developped to be as close as possible to the texture of the rattan cane. For technical reasons, the profile of the resin is yet slightly thicker, the colour is less ambered and textured than Saigon. An other main difference is the inside structure of the seat frame, aluminium for Sao Polo versus teak and rattan for saigon. You won't tell from the outside, but lifting bot items, you will immédiately notice that Sao Polo is lighter. The fabric of Sao Polo is 100% olefine, weather, UV,  and mould resistant, whereas the Saigon models are upholsetered with linen. Otherwise, same teak feet, same measurements, same cushion making, and customer's own material feasible on request.
