    Le panier est fabriqué de façon très qualitative. Deux petits bémols : une teinte de rotin beaucoup plus pâle que sur la photo qui lui enlève un peu de charme ; le sac en tissu fourni est beaucoup trop petit et ne descend qu’à mi-hauteur du panier. Il ne peut contenir que très peu de linge. J’ai dû chercher un autre sac en tissu, ce qui est décevant. A revoir par le fabricant … J’avais acheté un panier à linge en rotin KOK maison en magasin, il y a plus de dix ans, qui me donne toujours entière satisfaction, d’où ma fidélité à la marque.

    Bonjour, Merci beaucoup pour votre avis, il nous a permis de savoir qu'il y avait une erreur de fabrication dans les tissus intérieurs du panier. Nous avions vérifié au départ en Indonésie mais comme ils sont pliés à l'arrivée, plus de deuxième vérification et cette erreur aurait pu durer si vous ne nous aviez pas prévenus. La situation est réglée désormais et de nouveaux sacs ont été confectionnés. Nous pouvons vous renvoyer la bonne dimension, si cela vous intéresse. Pour la couleur du rotin, pas d'inquiétude : le rotin arrive toujours un peu pâle lorsque l'article vient d'être fabriqué, il prend une couleur un peu plus bronzée au fil du temps et de l'exposition aux UV. Un peu de patience et il deviendra comme vous le souhaitez !
