- The delivery address (the town or region may be enough) for transport costs.
To speed things up, you can also register directly on the site, and fill in a shopping basket with the products you want, the quantities you want, and the delivery address. We will study your request carefully.
The rattan, wicker and resin furniture we offer cannot be modified structurally, but we do offer a few customisation options:
- All cushions (except upholstered cushions) are available with the customer fabric option. You can send us your fabrics or ask us to manage this part for you.
- Some rattan and wicker items can be coloured to order. We offer a choice of standard colours but it is possible to work with your own colours (based on RAL or NCS).

We endeavour to keep sufficient stock to meet the needs of hotels and restaurants, but cannot guarantee that the desired items will be available at all times. Please contact us as far in advance of your project as possible so that we can anticipate your requirements.
Most KOK Maison models are designed for intensive use, but some products may be better suited to your needs than others. We can advise you on the best options.
If you need fire-resistant foam and fabric, please let us know when you make your request.

STOCKS
The stock levels shown on our product pages reflect the quantities actually available on our website, for both business customers and private individuals. Updated in real time, they ensure you receive reliable information: what you see online is genuinely in stock, ready for prompt dispatch or collection.

CUSHIONS, COVERS AND CUSTOMER FABRIC
Standard cushions are made in Indonesia and delivered at the same time as our other products.
But we also work with a workshop in France. It is therefore possible to make them with your choice of fabric and possibly with flame-retardant foam. It is also possible to send covers only or foam only.
This involves a small additional cost (which you will find directly in our prices for the most frequent cases) and a lead time of around 3-4 weeks depending on the project.
