Found in our "studio reserve" this large basket made of weathered bamboo strips is a unique piece, brought back from the Philippines many years ago. A remarkable example of traditional Asian bamboo craftsmanship: the body is made of thin strips of debarked bamboo woven in a herringbone pattern, finished with a bamboo rod rim.  In new condition except for the patina of age and a small defect in bamboo (see photos) To be taken as is, returns possible but return shipping costs at your expense.
