Like an Asian bamboo scaffold, the Mikado round rattan table is made up of a seemingly random assembly of natural rattan canes, as if Mikado sticks had been thrown together to start a game. A random construction in appearance only. Everything has been carefully thought out to ensure excellent stability according to a well-defined plan.  The "Bridge on the River Kwai" effect is guaranteed! Its large white marble-effect laminate top, 110 cm in diameter, can accommodate 4 to 5 guests. Marble-effect laminate blends perfectly with natural rattan and is very easy to maintain. Its smooth, velvety surface is stain-resistant (can be cleaned with a sponge), and doesn't scratch easily. Rattan seats from KOK Maison will be welcome around this table, as will contemporary chairs.

Overall dimensions: height 77 x diameter 110 cm. Dimensions of table base alone: ht 74 cm x 70 x 68 cm. Weight 22 kg with tabletop. Structure in natural rattan cane, semi-barked, bound with natural rattan splints. Natural water-based varnish finish. Particleboard (chipboard) top, high-pressure laminate (HPL), white marble decor, 26 mm thick. Legs made in Indonesia, top made in Belgium.

Use and care:

The Mikado table is suitable for both private and professional use. Although it can be used in a conservatory or winter garden, it is not designed for outdoor use. It cannot withstand prolonged exposure to the sun, rain or cold winter humidity.

Rattan is a natural material with normal visual irregularities: darker spots in certain areas of the bark, knots, differences in diameter.

Dust the rattan part with a soft cloth or brush, without using detergents. The top can be cleaned with cleaning products, as you would with a laminate kitchen worktop.
